when you shift your school skirt which once hung loosely on the hips,
up to to the waist,
and now its beginning to feel tight on the waist..
OH OH.

and when your jeans used to be fitting,
and now you find it taut on the hips,
difficult to button and the fats spilling out..
OH OH.

okay, i just kickstarted my exercise regime once more today!
